Pricing

Custom cuts are priced per pound at our standard rates — no premium for the spec work. Half hog and quarter cow are quoted per animal based on hanging weight. Looking to stock the freezer? Our Freezer Beef Package starts at $40, with bulk pork packages and custom meat bundles also available. Ask us for a current quote.
